The liturgy of the liquid

A symbolic and graceful sequence — the liturgy of the liquid.

A poetic ritual shared among friends, with glasses of wine taking centre stage.

A circle of companions, glasses filled — all moving in unison, following the gestures:

Extension – The arm reaches forward, glass in hand. The body opens as the glass moves away. It is the breath before the beginning.

Outreach – The arm now extends sideways, the glass offered outward — a silent gift to your neighbour. A gesture of connection, embracing the world.

Gathering – The glass returns to the chest. A moment of inwardness. A pause for reflection. Anticipation.

Maximum absorption – Everyone drinks. The essence is received, flowing inward. A moment of unity. Of transformation.

Verification – The empty glass is lifted and turned upside down above the head. Nothing to hide. A final gesture of truth — the proof lies in the empty glass, from which nothing spills.
